The Context
"The Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, our parent organization, recognized the need to identify talent at an early stage, especially in rural Maharashtra. RTSE was conceived as a systematic way to discover and mentor these bright minds.
The Practice
RTSE is a comprehensive examination conducted annually. It involves a multi-stage process including preliminary tests and advanced assessments. The institute plays a key role in organizing, conducting, and evaluating these exams for thousands of students.
